What counts as a capture

A capture is one photo, voice note, typed note or photographed handwritten note that RELOS processes for you. Each one counts once against your allowance.

Re-opening or re-reading anything you have already captured never counts again. Only new captures use your allowance.

You see your usage in your account, with the remaining count and the reset date. The app tells you when you are getting close to the limit. When you reach it, you can add captures or move up a plan.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you 30 captures a year at full capture quality, with summaries, follow-up drafts, events and contacts with duplicate detection, all of your history searchable, and the option to share an event summary. Self-serve export, the CRM connection and team features are on Pro and Team.
What happens after the 30 days?
Every account starts with 30 days of Pro. After that the account continues on Free. Nothing is deleted and nothing goes read-only — you keep reading, searching and sharing everything you captured.
Do I have to pick a plan when I sign up?
No. You start with 30 days of Pro, without a card. Choose Pro or Team whenever it suits you, or stay on Free.
What if I run out of captures?
On Free you can add an Event pass: 60 captures for €15, valid for 12 months. On Pro and Team you can add 50 captures for €7, valid to the end of your billing period. The app tells you when you are getting close.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country and business status — an EU business with a valid VAT ID is handled as reverse charge.
Can I export my data?
On Pro and Team you export to CSV or XLS yourself, at any time, including after you cancel. On Free, write to privacy@relos.eu and we will send you a complete export — once in any 12 months, and whenever you close your account or stop using RELOS.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel yourself, any time, with no retention call. Pro access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account continues on Free. Your data is not deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Switching between monthly and annual is prorated too.
Why is Team billed annually by default?
Because that is how companies buy: one invoice a year, payable by bank transfer. You can also pay monthly.
