RELOS costs €15 per user per month for Solo, €29 for Pro, and €22 per seat per month for Team with a minimum of three seats. Billed annually, that is €149, €279 and €220 per seat respectively. There is a 14-day trial with no card required, and no permanent free tier.

RELOS is in early access. Pricing is final; accounts are activated by our team so we can onboard each customer properly. Payments open shortly — early-access customers keep their rate. Pilot participants keep the terms they were given.

What counts as a capture

A capture is one photo or one voice note that RELOS processes for you — reading the text off a business card, or turning a voice memo into a transcript. Each one counts once against your monthly allowance.

Typing a note costs nothing against your allowance — only a photo or a voice note counts, because those are what RELOS has to read or transcribe. Type as much as you like, on every plan.

Re-opening or re-reading anything you have already captured never counts again. Only new captures use your allowance.

You see your usage in your account, with the remaining count and the reset date. At 80% we tell you. At 100% you can add capacity or move up a plan.

A heavy month

Some months are not like the others. A single large trade fair can produce more captures than a normal quarter.

Add 50 more captures for €7, valid to the end of your billing period, on any plan. If you find yourself buying these regularly, moving up a plan is cheaper — Solo to Pro costs €14 more and adds 200 captures.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?
No. RELOS has no permanent free tier — a tool that holds your business relationships should be paid for, so it stays maintained and your data is never the product. There is a 14-day trial with the full Pro feature set and no card required.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to read-only. Everything you captured stays, and you can still read, search and export it — new capture and AI processing pause until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged without you actively choosing a plan.
Which payment methods will you support?
Card first, then PayPal — which matters in Germany, Austria and Switzerland — along with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit for recurring payments. Team annual plans can be paid by invoice and bank transfer. The exact set is confirmed when payments open.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel yourself, any time, with no retention call. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted, and you can export it as CSV or XLS at any point — including after you cancel.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Switching between monthly and annual is prorated too.
Why is Team billed annually by default?
Because that is how companies buy. One invoice a year, payable by bank transfer, at a per-seat price that stays below the threshold most European companies set for central procurement approval — so a team lead can approve it without a purchasing process.
