Is RELOS a CRM?
No. RELOS is the layer between a conversation and your CRM. It helps you capture and structure what was said before it reaches Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Dynamics — so what lands there is clean and complete. Why sales teams don't use their CRM →
Does RELOS record conversations?
No. RELOS is built around notes, photos and voice memos you create yourself — you are the author of your own record, not a subject in someone else's recording. The person across the table is never recorded, openly or otherwise, which is why there is nothing for them to consent to. That distinction is the entire point.
Do I need the other person's permission to use RELOS?
No, because nothing about them is being recorded. RELOS holds the notes you write about a meeting you took part in — the same basis as a notebook or a voice memo to yourself. Recording someone else is a different act with different legal footing, and RELOS deliberately does not do it. RELOS also performs no contact enrichment and no social-media lookup on the people you meet.
How is RELOS different from a business card scanner?
A card scanner digitises contact details. RELOS keeps the conversation. It holds what was discussed, what you promised, what to do next, and drafts the follow-up — so you act on the person, not just file them. The card is one of several ways to capture; a voice note or a typed line works the same way, and often carries more.
Can a team use RELOS together?
Yes. A Team workspace gives you shared events, roles and access levels, a team overview, and clean handover when someone leaves — the data belongs to the company, not the individual seat. Team pricing starts at €22 per seat per month with a minimum of three seats.
How much does RELOS cost?

Is my data stored in Europe?
Yes. RELOS stores data within the EU, encrypts it in transit and at rest, and benchmarks its handling against German data-protection standards. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Where are my photos and voice notes stored?
On your device. RELOS uses your photos and recordings to create the structured notes and follow-ups, then doesn't retain the originals on its servers — only the structured results are kept, encrypted, in the EU.
Can RELOS write the follow-up for me?
Yes. RELOS generates ready-to-send drafts for email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp from your captured notes — adjustable for tone and length, so most need only a quick read before you hit send.
Do I have to change how I already take notes?
No. RELOS sits on top of your habits. Keep photographing cards, dictating voice notes or pasting from OneNote — RELOS just structures it and gets you to the follow-up faster.
What happens to conversations from a year ago?

Who builds RELOS

RELOS is built by Valler Ltd. (reg. LV40003269977), a Latvian company founded in 1995 — first as a distributor of ESSO lubricants, then as an agent for fuel-card programmes. Since 2010 it has developed its own software, building and operating technology businesses across the Baltics: Tank You Baltics, Instantic Technologies and Baltic Tolls, in fuel, payments and mobility infrastructure.
